This article will review the process of revising an existing Local TV/Radio proposal and sending subsequent updates. In this case, a new XML must be imported to the proposal. 

1. First, make sure your revised XML file has been created and saved on your device. 

2. Sign into http://sellers.mediaocean.com/ and navigate to your applicable proposal. This is done by selecting a line item within the Sales module.
   

   This will open the proposal details.
   

3. Select Revise at the top right corner of your screen.
   
4. Select Import proposal and upload your new XML file.
   
5. This will replace your previous file and the system will warn you with the following message:
   
6. Click Confirm to upload the new XML.
7. Once the avails are imported, the Send button will be activated at the top right corner. Click to send the revised proposal.
8. The proposal will have an updated version number (e.g., V2 or V3). The buyer will see the proposal on their end with the same version number.
