Log in to the Prisma help center for the first time
Most customers have single sign-on access to the Prisma help center and do not need to register. Those who do not must register for access.
If you do not have an ID
If you haven’t been contacted about your Prisma help center login and are entirely new to the help center, visit https://www.mediaocean.com/support and do the following.

Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen

Enter your company email address (the email address associated with your company's account), and click Next.

Choose Sign up under New to Mediaocean Support?

Fill in all relevant details and click Sign me up!
If you already have an ID
If Mediaocean has contacted you directly about the Prisma help center or you have previously submitted a query, then you already have an ID and only need to set your password.
- Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen.

Enter your company email address (the email address associated with your company's account), and click Next.
- On the next screen, choose Click here under "Forgot your password? Need to get a password?"
- Enter your company email address and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account.
Set / reset your Prisma help center password
If your company is not using SSO to access Prisma applications and you have forgotten your password or you are not sure if you already have an ID, you can set or reset your password easily.

Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen.

Enter your company email address (the email address associated with your company's account), and click Next.
- On the next screen, choose Click here under "Forgot your password? Need to get a password?"
- Enter your company email address and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Not sure if you're already registered?
If you are not sure whether you have already registered, you can check your ID.

Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen.

Enter your company email address (the email address associated with your company's account), and click Next.

Choose Click here under Don't know if you already have an ID?
- Enter your company email address and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to check on your ID.
