Enhancements to the new Invoices workflow
Following the initial launch of the new Invoices module for digital and print in the last release, the following additional invoicing workflow features are now available to you within Seller workflow.
Update your seller-initiated invoices. You can now make updates to your seller-initiated invoices if they have a status of Pending (see below for exclusions). The updated invoice is automatically sent to the buyer in Buyer workflow when you save, ensuring that you are both kept up to date.
- This excludes the Invoice number and the Month of service, which can't be updated.
- The Supplier, Agency, and Advertiser are populated by the Order number, and so can't be updated directly.
POP document attachments for invoices. Click Attach POP on the Add Invoice or Invoice Details page to attach a single POP (proof of performance) document to an invoice, enabling you to provide proof of delivery to the agency.
The (File icon) in the new POP column on the Seller Invoice page indicates that the invoice has a POP attachment. Click the icon to download the file.
On the Add Invoice and Invoice Details page, the file name is provided as a download link in the new POP Document field which replaces Attach POP after a POP file is attached, as only one PO attachment is allowed on an invoice.
Manage attachments. Delete an invoice document or POP attachment from an invoice using the new (Delete button) on the Add Invoice and Invoice Details page.
View audit history. View the audit history for an invoice using the new (History button) on the Invoice Details page. This includes changes made by you in Seller workflow, and those made by the buyer in Buyer workflow.
Audit details on the History page include:
- Type of change made. For example, "MODIFIED: Modified Status from PENDING to RECONCILED".
- Date and time the change was made.
- Name of the person who made the change.

Improved proposal revision workflow for local TV
Changed workflow when adding tiered rates. Now when you tier a program as part of a proposal revision and the line's start dates remains within the original broadcast week, any affected lines are retained and are marked as having been modified. Previously, any change to the start date would result in the affected lines being marked as new rows, and any estimated programs and assigned need rates for the lines already applied by the buyer were lost.
Capture DST costs for digital fee lines more accurately
New DST buy category. With the new DST buy category (inventory type) for digital fee lines you can now capture your DST (Digital Service Tax) and regulatory costs more accurately.
