Change to session time-out
Session time-out changed to 60 minutes. As part of our ongoing product alignment, your session will now time out after 60 minutes of inactivity.
Launch of seller-initiated invoices
First steps towards a comprehensive invoice workflow within Seller workflow. With the new Invoices module you can now create, process, and track invoices for campaigns that have gone to order. Your completed invoices are sent from Seller workflow to the buyer in Buyer workflow, improving their workflow and making the process more efficient for both you and your buyers.
View your invoice list. You can now see high-level details on all the invoices you've created on a single page on the new Invoice list. Use the expand and collapse Filter panel to restrict the details displayed, and the Quick search box to easily locate specific information. You can filter by agency and advertiser, and sort on any column, including the Status column which shows you where each invoice is in your workflow, helping you monitor the progress of your invoices.
A (File icon) in the Scan column indicates that the invoice has a scanned invoice file associated with it which you can click to download.
View an individual invoice or its order details in full. Click the Invoice # to view all the details for the invoice, or the Order number to view all the details for the latest version of the order.
Add a new invoice. Click (Add button) to navigate to the Add invoice page where mandatory fields are shown with a blue highlight. Invoices are for a single order currently, and entering the order number populates the Supplier, Advertiser, and Agency fields.
All the mandatory details must be entered before Save is made available, but you also have the option to attach a scan of the invoice, and enter a comment to the buyer before saving. If the invoice details pass the validation checks on saving, the invoice and any attachment are sent to the buyer to access in Buyer workflow.
Note: With this release, neither you or the buyer can update a saved invoice.
Need more information or want to activate the new Invoices module? Contact Sellers@Mediaocean.com for more information or to activate the module as it isn't available by default at this time.
Transact on search orders within Seller workflow
Receive, view, and respond to search orders from Buyer workflow. You can now receive search orders from Buyer workflow in your Inbox, enabling you to complete your search order workflow solely within Seller workflow.
Click a search order in your Inbox to view its details on the Order details page where you can then respond back to the buyer by either accepting or rejecting the order.
Revise search orders. After you've responded to a search order and Revise is made available, you have the option to update any of the following order details and create an order revision to send to the buyer in Buyer workflow:
- Name
- Cost
- Start date
- End date
Improved classification for your buys
More granular classification of video buys for local and national TV. It's now easy to differentiate between your local and national OTT placements with the new Local and National marketplace values available for digital placements with a buy type (submedia) of Video and buy category (inventory type) of OTT.
More efficient workflow for Print Fee buys. You can now categorize your Print Fee buys more effectively with the new Tax buy category (inventory type).
