New learners

New learners must first register to access the learning courses and full learning paths available in Mediaocean education's learning platform. To register, follow the steps outlined here. 

1. Navigate to https://mou.litmos.com.
   
2. Enter your corporate email address in the Enter email field. 
3. Click Submit.

   If you are already registered, a login screen will appear, and you can log in with your password.

   If you are not registered, you will be taken to the following screen.
   

4. Click Sign up. 
   
5. Complete the required fields:
   • Email address
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Country
   • Phone
   • Check the reCaptcha box
6. Click Sign me up!
   
7. Follow the instructions to create a secure password.
8. Click OK.

Existing learner - reset password

To reset your password:

1. Click the Click here link on the log-in screen.
   
2. Enter your corporate email address.
   
3. Click Continue.
   
4. If you have provided a valid email address, you will be sent a reset password link email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
