Proposal revision workflow enhancements
Prevent submission of unchanged proposals during revision. Now when you revise a proposal, the Send button is only made available if at least one value is updated and the current value differs from the value on the previous version. This prevents you from unnecessarily submitting an unchanged proposal version (for example, you might make changes and then accidently revert them).
This applies to both manual updates and imported proposal details.
Easier integration between Buyer and Seller workflow extended to digital and print
Initiation of new Seller workflow account with buyer's RFP now available for digital and print. Buyers can now initiate the creation of a Seller workflow account for an unregistered seller rep by sending them an RFP for digital or print from Buyer workflow. (This was enabled for radio, and local and national TV in the previous release.)
The buyer sends the seller rep an RFP which initiates an account activation email with a link that launches Seller workflow. The rep enters their first and last name and a password to activate the account. They can then view and respond to the RFP in Seller workflow. (Note: The seller rep's email domain must be linked to the seller organization.)
Improved classification and reporting for your buys
Additional buy category (inventory type). You can now categorize and report on your print buys more effectively with the new, Shared Mail buy category for Magazine and Supplement submedia (buy types).
