Answer: The error is triggering because there are invalid end times on your buy. Any time period rotation that crosses the "3a-3a" b'cast day threshold (i.e. "5a-5a") needs to have new buylines broken out to separate the time period rotation (i.e. "5a-2:59a/3a-5a"). Also, some stations have their own b'cast day start times which typically begin at "6a". Once the times have been corrected you can resend the order to resolve your issue.
