Issue: When booking my TV DARE order for a station I only see "Station/EDI" as the only transport method.

Answer: This systemic rule comes into play when an agency is physically located in the DMA they're booking an order in. In this scenario the DARE order must be booked direct-to-station (if the station is eligible for it). Rep/EDI is only available when the agency is not physically located in the DMA the DARE order is being booked in.
