1. Log in to Mediaocean Support Site for the first time
If you do not have an ID
If you haven’t been contacted about your Mediaocean support site login and are entirely new to the Mediaocean Customer Engagement portal, visit https://www.mediaocean.com/support and do the following.
- Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen
- Choose Sign up under New to Mediaocean Support?
- Fill in all relevant details and click Sign me up!
If you already have an ID
If Mediaocean has contacted you directly about the new Mediaocean Customer Engagement portal or you have previously submitted a query, then you already have an ID and only need to set your password.
- Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen.
- On the next screen, choose Click here under "Forgot your password? Need to get a password?"
- Enter your company email address (the email address associated with your company's account), and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account.
2. Set / reset your Mediaocean Customer Engagement password
If you’ve forgotten your Mediaocean Customer Engagement password, or are not sure if you already have an ID, you can set or reset your password from our Customer Engagement portal.
- Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen.
- On the next screen, choose Click here under "Forgot your password? Need to get a password?"
- Enter your company email address (the email address associated with your company's account), and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
3. Not sure if you're already registered?
If you’re not sure whether you’re already registered, you can check on your ID.
- Click Sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Choose Click here under Don't know if you already have an ID?
- Enter your company email address (the email address associated with your company's account), and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to check on your ID.
