Enhanced workflow for your delivery data for digital
Upload and send first-party delivery data for your digital orders. The new Delivery module enables you to import daily or monthly delivery data for your digital orders, and then view and export monthly aggregated data. The delivery data is automatically sent to the buyer when you import it, reducing errors and improving the efficiency of this process for you and your buyers.
Annotated delivery template. Use the downloadable template (XLSX) on the Delivery homepage to import your data. The template's headers have tooltips to help you with your data entry.
When you import the data, placements with delivery data details that pass validation are automatically sent to the buyer in Buyer workflow for reconciliation. Any placements with errors are reported to you in the Import error dialog, enabling you to resolve the issues, import the corrected data, and update the details for you and your buyer.
Delivery data for dates and placements that already have data replaces the existing data, so ensure that you collaborate with co-workers to avoid conflicting imports.
The import ignores delivery data for:
- Integrated DSP suppliers
- Search suppliers
- Actualized placements
Any campaigns, orders, or placements in the delivery import that have been canceled by the buyer are reported as an error and are not processed any further.
View existing delivery data. Enter at least one order ID and the month of service date range in the Filter panel and click Search to view existing delivery data. Details for each placement or package are grouped by order, and then by package within the order.
You can customize the columns displayed using the Grid options.
Export the current view. When your delivery data is displayed in the format you want, you can export the current view of your grid in Excel format (XLSX).
Delivery module user permissions. Your administrators configure the permissions associated with your account. These permissions control whether you can access the Delivery module, and if so, which tasks you are able to perform.
Note: Buyers can still upload delivery data manually in Buyer workflow.
Improved proposal workflow
Enhanced reporting of proposal XML import issues. It's now much easier to resolve issues with your proposal XML import with all errors or warnings reported in a single pop-up table for local TV and local radio.
If only warnings are found, they are all reported in the new pop-up's table and you have the option to continue the import, or stop it.
If errors are found, no details are imported, and all the errors are reported in the new table. You can then resolve the errors and import the corrected file.
The new import pop-up provides a summary of the number and type of issues, as well as the following details for each reported issue:
- Issue: A description of the problem.
- Type: The type of issue, Error, or Warning.
- Resolution: A description of the action you need to take to resolve the issue.
RFP workflow improvements
Additional demographic details for RFPs. To enable you to easily understand which demographic the buyer wants to transact on, the provider's ID and description for the demographic are now displayed on the RFP.
Viewing stream now included with RFPs for local TV. The ability for your agencies to include viewing stream details for national TV RFPs has now been expanded to include local TV, providing a more reliable way of communicating this information to you. Previously, this was sent in the RFP comment, which was less dependable.
The viewing stream is included on the proposal, and so also assists the buyer with their proposal workflow.
