Change to availability of authorization response and account creation links
Links expire 30 days after receipt. Authorization response and account creation links from your buyer now expire after 30 days. Previously, links expired seven days after the end date of the authorization, which sometimes caused issues.
If you are in Authorizations and click an expired link, you receive a message explaining it has expired.
If you click an expired link and you aren't in Authorizations, you receive a message telling you that the link is invalid.
This applies to all new authorizations, and any future versions of existing authorizations.
Improved administration for inactive accounts
Check for long-term inactive accounts. Now, if your account isn't accessed for more than 110 days, the status of your account is changed to Inactive. This enables administrators to audit user accounts, and identify any accounts that need to be terminated.
User-reactivation of inactive account. The way to reactivate an account depends on the type of authentication used for the account. Federated users must sign in to reactivate their account. Non-federated users must reset their password and then sign in to reactivate their account.
