Question: Where can I locate my Log file within TView?
Answer: The log file contains information that could useful in troubleshooting TView errors and issues. If someone requests your Log or Log file, please follow the steps below and send in a .txt format.
How to locate your Log file:
- Login to TView application
- Recreate the error or issue that occurs; it is important that you do this prior to accessing the Log file
- After recreating the issue, click HELP on the menu bar
4. In the Help dropdown, click SHOW LOG
5. The Log will populate in a .txt file
Save this file and send to the appropriate individual
