Question: How do I test my connection to TView?
Answer: You are able to test your connection by going to Help > Get Info > Connection Tests. There is a Test your Connection button. Once you test your connection, a summary will appear. Ideally all connections should set to True.
If you are unable to access SQL, you likely need to adjust your firewall setting or connect to the internet.
If the connection fails to write the INI, there is an issue with write permissions on that file, or the directory.
You will need to contact your TView and IT Administrators to give required permissions or change firewall settings for proper connection to TView.
