If you have entered an incorrect password more than 3 times & have disabled your userid, you will receive the below screen.
If the email address being displayed is not your correct email, reach out to your internal Help Desk or Admin group to correct your email address on your Employee Profile. Otherwise, click "Continue" to receive a password reset link sent to your email
