Never miss a new campaign. For organizations that automatically create campaigns when you receive an order from Prisma, you can now use the Campaign Management home page’s filter pane to show only New campaigns that were automatically created from Prisma orders in the campaign list. Additionally, automatically created campaigns have an orange dot next to their name, which disappears only after someone has responded to the campaign by accepting or rejecting it.
New order alerts separated into buy and sell sides. The order alerts in the campaign header on the Campaign Management home page are now separated into buy-side and sell-side alerts. The new sell-side alerts are for new and updated orders sent to Radia from Prisma, and persist until the order is accepted or rejected. Notes:
- You can have multiple order alerts for the same campaign.
- Sell-side alerts for requested order revisions and expired orders aren’t currently supported.
Navigate and find campaigns faster
Faster media plans. The Buy view in Campaign Management have been optimized, so you can get your work done faster.
Consolidated application banner. A revamped application banner displays all of the Prisma modules you have access to (such as Campaign Management and Reporting) as tabs for easier navigation.
Find automatically created campaigns faster. Campaigns that are automatically created by agency orders received from Prisma now have their campaign name prepended with both the Prisma campaign ID and Radia campaign ID.
Global advertiser support for the campaign list. Now, if you subscribe to a global advertiser's client codes, all campaigns with buy details that have those client codes will appear in your Campaign Management campaign list as follows:
- If buy details exist for a campaign and you have access to the client codes, which you subscribe to, Prisma displays only campaigns for your subscribed client codes.
- If there are no buy details on a campaign and you subscribe to one or more client codes for a global advertiser, you will see all campaigns for all client codes for that global advertiser.
Enhanced integration with seller organizations
Work with specific sellers. To provide a more precise mapping between agencies and trading desks, Mediaocean can now configure sellers to be available only for specific Radia locations, ensuring that an order sent from Prisma appears only for specific offices.
Designate automatic campaign creation per office. If your organization's sellers are mapped to Radia agency locations, your administrator can enable automatic campaign creation for specific locations using the Auto-create campaigns for new agency orders setting in Agency Setup.
Work with multiple seller organizations. Your Radia account can now be linked to multiple seller organizations, enabling you to see orders from all sellers, without signing into a different account.
Quickly find reports
Quickly find standard reports. Standard reports are now easily identified by a blue triangle above the Favorite star.
See the Radia: Release details (8/28/2017) [PDF] for help topics updated for this release. You can read the full Campaign Management, Agency Setup, and Reporting guides within Radia by clicking the Help menu in the applicable module.
