New ways to actualize
Actualize placements on unit amounts. You can now actualize on units instead of cost by entering an amount in the Units column under the Actual superheader in the Actualize mode. Additionally, you can now manually override the Actual cost source and then reallocate any cost variance to unactualized months.
Faster actualization. The Actualize mode of the Buy view has been optimized, so you can get your work done faster.
Find campaigns faster
Direct link to campaign from notification emails. When you receive notification emails from Radia, such as to take action on campaigns exchanged with Prisma, to view automatically created campaigns, and to view order revisions (R1 and up) to linked campaigns, the link in the email now takes you directly to the campaign's Buy view so you can start working faster.
Restrict incomplete invoices by location. (Spectra DS users only) For agencies that use the Invoices module, incomplete invoices (without an order and thus client specified) are now restricted only to users with access to the location the invoice was created for. Once an order is added, the invoice is restricted by existing client access.
Redistribute reconciled amounts only to future months. Now, if you redistribute a reconciled invoice's funds or units, at either the supplier or placement level, Radia applies the variance only to future unlocked months (from the month being redistributed).
Key updates for Reporting users
Assistance for regular report users. If you use the same filters each time you run a report, you can now run it instantly using the new Run button () on the REPORTS pane or the Reports tab, bypassing the filter selection process. The report opens in its own tab within the current browser tab.
If you want to update the report’s filters before running it, simply click the report title to display the filter selection page, enter the new filter settings, and then run the report. Note: In support of upcoming Reporting enhancements, the Custom report indicator icon has been removed.
- If you're running an ad blocker that impedes your workflow, Radia now notifies you of the issue and provides instructions on how to whitelist mediaocean.com.
When working with synced billable and payable units, you can now redistribute the variance for the billable and payable lines at the same without needing to refresh your browser. Previously, the payable variance would be incorrectly inflated after distributing the billable variance.
