The new Work code details view on the job dashboard displays the individual transactions for each work code. Now it's even easier to focus on the important details, without losing sight of a job's complete financial picture.
New job dashboard features
All the transaction data associated with an approved job is displayed in the Work code details view:
- Transactions are listed under each work code by type: prebill, estimate, order, invoice, timesheet, and expense
- Each detail row displays the transaction account name and transaction type, number, date, and comment
- The subtotals for each work code's estimates, open orders, actual costs, hours, and billing are broken out into transaction-level amounts
Stay focused and organized. The user-friendly controls provide fast access to work code details while keeping the interface clutter free. For example, you can hold your cursor over the indicators in the Order and Bill columns to view more details about a transaction's bill or partially invoiced order. Or use the expand/collapse controls to show or hide transactions for each work code as necessary.
Keep track of related items. The Work code details view includes columns for estimate, order, and bill reference numbers, enabling you to easily access all items related to the job. Estimate transaction numbers link back to the transaction's estimate, order numbers show where the transaction was quoted, and bill numbers show all the client bills on which the transaction appeared.
Export transaction data. Export the Work code details view as a flat table to Excel or to another spreadsheet application.
